I placed an order with this company for a product that had a rebate posted on their web site. After pulling up the rebate form I found out that the rebate had expired. I canceled the order. They called ME back explaining to me that they had extended the rebate period with the manufacturer and that a new form would be sent to me via email that day.
Over the course of the next week I had talked to them on four different occasions and the response was the same every time which was they would send me the rebate form that day. I have not received the rebate to this day. They lied to me in order to keep my order and have since blown me off.
